Hi there!

I’m Gretchen, founder and lead designer of Clover Home Designs, an Austin home staging company helping sellers make their homes shine. My love for home staging started unexpectedly when my family was selling our cookie-cutter home during the 2009–2010 housing downturn. With several nearly identical homes on the market, I painted, styled, and staged ours from top to bottom. Within a week, we received an offer close to asking price.

Two years later, I staged our next home—and we received three offers in one week! That’s when I knew I had found my calling.

Today, I’ve staged hundreds of homes throughout the Austin area, helping sellers showcase their homes, attract buyers, and create spaces people can picture themselves calling home.

To me, staging isn’t about filling a room with furniture. It’s about telling the story of a home and bringing out what makes it special.
